Firefly Organic Coffee and Market is unlike anything else — and once you experience it, you’ll never settle for ordinary again. Patrick and Ashley have built something truly special here. This is not your average coffee shop. Firefly is a full market stocked with wholesome, intentionally sourced foods and ingredients that are genuinely hard to find anywhere else. We always leave with AZ 100% grass-fed ground beef, raw milk, and whatever local products catch our eye that day. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel good about what you’re putting in your body — and that starts before you even order your coffee. Speaking of coffee — the quality here is on another level. Mold-free coffee is rare, and most places simply don’t prioritize it. You can actually taste the difference. My iced Americano was clean, smooth, and satisfying in a way that reminds you what great coffee is supposed to feel like. My wife, who is a matcha lover through and through, tried the Lavender Matcha and said — without hesitation — it was the best she had ever had. That says everything. Talk about incredible coffee and hospitality! This is truly a Scottsdale gem. The commitment to organic and locally sourced products is evident in everything they offer. The staff is also very knowledgeable and kind. What really elevated the experience was connecting with the owner, Patrick, who was incredibly welcoming and took the time to share recommendations for other spots during my travels. You can truly feel the passion and intention behind this place. Will absolutely be back.

This place blew me away. The coffee was great and the service was exceptional. They must be doing something right because the place was packed on a Saturday morning with lots of happy customers. You can see they’ve clearly built a culture around the cafe. Their focus on clean food and healthy living is refreshing and we need more businesses like them taking holistic well-being as seriously as they are. A new staple for me when I’m in town. Highly recommend.

Hidden gem! The space and market are small, but everything is top quality. My husband and I both ordered the egg salad 3 days in a row — it was that good. I also got the Powerball three days straight! I’ll admit I was a little disappointed in the Firefly latte after seeing so many rave reviews. I tried the caramel latte the next day instead, and WOW — it was hands down one of the best caramel lattes I’ve ever had! I ordered it every day for the rest of our trip! Super friendly staff, great vibes, plus a great selection of both gluten-free and regular baked goods. Highly recommend this spot!
